Monemvasia is a marvelous small town with great history. Lazareto hotel is a very nice hotel at the best location. The room was nice and had an air from the past which we like a lot.
The single beds where my children slept were good but the double bed was very small for two adults. As for breakfast, it was very satisfying along with the staff who was very friendly. We would love to go back to this hotel again but next time we'll ask for a room with a bigger double bed.

El trato del personal es estupendo, hay una persona que habla Español. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, confortables, con una rehabilitación muy adecuada. La ubicación, al lado de la península de Monembasia, que puedes visitar andando, sin ruido y con una estupenda playita justo al lado. Un lugar inolvidable.

This is a very good choice for a stay in Monemvasia. The historical setting of this boutique hotel gives it a very special flavor. The location is perfect, at the foot of the Rock: you may choose either a walk to Monemvasia proper or to the new city on the coast. Beautiful views of this magnificent coast. Optimale Lage am Fusse des Monemvassia Felsens, 800m entfernt vom Eingang zur Unterstadt mit eigenem Parkplatz. Wunderschoen angelegt, traumfafte Blicke auf Meer und Felsen, erbaut in traditionellem grieschichen Stil. Super Fruehstueck, einfach nur zu empfehlen.

The design of the room and the furnishings were very nice. Had the feel of a totally redesigned old mansion. Breakfast was scrumptious and the views from the terraces were pretty spectacular.

This is a great place, a hotel of great quality and beauty.

Gelegen aan de voet van een prachtig historisch "monument" met een uitstekende mogelijkheid, door haar unieke ligging ook te genieten van de zee, de vergezichten en op loopafstand van het leuke haven stadje. Het ressort zelf heeft een prachtige eigen omgeving en ligging en ook de bebouwing is indrukwekkend, verrassend en wijkt gelukkig sterk af van de gangbare hotels waardoor het zeer harmonieus past in haar unieke omgeving.

The place is amazing! It is on the island but also it is isolated from the noisy groups of tourists, it has a quiet place with perfect romantic location under the rock, a beautiful garden with old trees, wonderful place to eat, the suite rooms are great they are cozy and well partitioned, all personal is nice... and they are dog lovers ! We've enjoyed every minute there !! 

The location was perfect- near the Castro but without the inconveniences- good to have parking and to be able to walk everywhere easily. The rooms and garden were beautiful; the breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Very warm welcome. Helpful and friendly staff. Large terrace in the garden for breakfast. Hotel design completely integrated in the local traditional style. A smashing success!
